Vancouver Island Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit investigators are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying four males believed to be involved in a series of kidnappings and violent assaults throughout British Columbia.
The suspects, who are seen approaching from the left through the front window of the premises, are believed to be connected to other similar offences, including the unlawful confinement and aggravated assault of a 33-year-old man in Fort St. John on January 13, 2009. During this vicious incident the victim was tortured and mutilated.
Police have reason to believe that the incidents are related to gang activity and the drug trade on Vancouver Island and across BC. Anyone who recognizes any of the suspects or has information related to these incidents is asked to contact CFSEU - Vancouver Island at 1 855 229-6255 or Crimestoppers at either 1 800 222-8477 or www.solvecrime.ca.
