Update: 32 More Individuals Charged with 91 Offences in Year-Long CFSEU-BC Investigation in BC’s Peace Region

32 more people have now been charged with a combined 91 offences as a result of a Combined Forces Special Enforcement of B.C. (CFSEU-BC) investigation into the alleged criminal activities of street and mid-level drug traffickers in B.C.’s Peace Region.

In July 2015, the CFSEU-BC North District Office began an investigation in street and mid-level drug traffickers which resulted in the arrests of multiple individuals and the seizure of drugs and firearms.

As a result of the investigation, the CFSEU-BC’s North District Office seized cocaine, fentanyl, percocets, an AR15 semi-automatic rifle, as well as crystal methamphetamine, GHB, amphetamine, cash, and two additional firearms, from five search warrants and numerous traffic stops.

Facing charges as a result of this investigation were 43 individuals.

32 more individuals have now been charged.

30-year old Nuaman Abdillahi Mohamud of Fort St. John is charged with six counts of trafficking a controlled substance and one count of possession for the purpose of trafficking. His next court date is scheduled for September 21st, 2016 in Fort St. John Law Courts.

22-year old James Beattie is charged with three counts of trafficking a controlled substance. His next court date is scheduled for October 25th, 2016 in Dawson Creek Law Courts.

31-year old Darcy Beaulieu is charged with one count of trafficking a controlled substance. His next court date is scheduled for September 13th, 2016 in Dawson Creek Law Courts.

20-year old Rory Baxter is charged with one count of trafficking a controlled substance. His next court date is scheduled for October 25th, 2016 in Dawson Creek Law Courts Law Courts.

35-year old Lisa Beaulieu is charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance. Her next court date is scheduled for September 13th, 2016 in Dawson Creek Law Courts.

28-year old Rae-Dawn Campbell is charged with one count of possession for the purpose of trafficking. Her next court date is scheduled for September 13th, 2016 in Dawson Creek Law Courts.

19-year old Preston Norris of Williams Lake is charged with two counts of trafficking a controlled substance. There is currently a warrant out for his arrest.

22-year old Lashway Merritt of Williams Lake is charged with one count of trafficking a controlled substance. There is currently a warrant out for his arrest.

25-year old Arin Charleyboy of Williams Lake is charged with one count of trafficking a controlled substance. There is currently a warrant out for his arrest.

18-year old Tyson Maurice of Dawson Creek is charged with two counts of trafficking a controlled substance. His next court date is scheduled for September 13th, 2016 in Dawson Creek Law Courts.

44-year old Isabel Laboucan is charged with one count of trafficking a controlled substance. Her next court date is scheduled for September 15th, 2016.

26-year old Alena Anne Wallace of Fort St. John has been charged with two counts of trafficking a controlled substance. There is currently a warrant out for her arrest.

23-year old Curtis Britz of Fort St. John has been charged with two counts of trafficking a controlled substance. There is currently a warrant out for his arrest.

34-year old Sam Allen Arvid Tapanila of Fort St. John is charged with five counts of trafficking a controlled substance. His next court date is scheduled for September 14th, 2016 in Fort St. John Law Courts.

52-year old Troy Lynn Romanow is charged with two counts of trafficking a controlled substance and two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking. His next court date is scheduled for September 28th, 2016 in Fort St. John Law Courts.

37-year old Paul DelGrosso of Fort St. John has been charged with two counts of trafficking a controlled substance. There is currently a warrant out for his arrest.

20-year old Ghislain Leonard Cormier of Fort St. John has been charged with two counts of trafficking a controlled substance. His next court date is scheduled for September 14th, 2016 in Fort St. John Law Courts.

19-year old Joshua James Carter has been charged with two counts of trafficking a controlled substance and one count of possession for the purpose of trafficking. His next court date is scheduled for September 21st, 2016 in Fort St. John Law Courts.

19-year old Kevin William Danais is charged with eight counts of trafficking a controlled substance and three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking. His next court date is scheduled for September 21st, 2016 in Fort St. John Law Courts.

26-year old Andreas Fuchs is charged with four counts of trafficking a controlled substance. His next court date is scheduled for September 14th, 2016 in Fort St. John Law Courts.

27-year old Kelsey Douglas Paul Gauthier is charged with two counts of trafficking a controlled substance. His next court date is scheduled for September 14th, 2016 in Fort St. John Law Courts.

22-year old Jerron James Shane Kraushar of Fort St. John is charged with two counts of trafficking a controlled substance. There is currently a warrant out for his arrest.

20-year old Danick Daniel Leger is charged with two counts of trafficking a controlled substance and two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking. There is currently a warrant out for his arrest.

19-year old Shane Lyne is charged with one count of trafficking a controlled substance and one count of possession for the purpose of trafficking. His next court date is scheduled for September 21st, 2016 in Fort St. John Law Courts.

24-year old Jamie Joseph Cormier is charged with three counts of trafficking a controlled substance. There is currently a warrant out for his arrest.

37-year old William James McWhirter of Fort St. John is charged with three counts of trafficking a controlled substance and four counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking. His next court date is scheduled for October 12th, 2016 in Fort St. John Law Courts.

20-year old Brandon Eric Robichaud of Fort St. John is charged with two counts of trafficking a controlled substance. His next court date is scheduled for September 14th, 2016 in Fort St. John Law Courts.

36-year old David William Shane is charged with two counts of trafficking a controlled substance. His next court date is scheduled for September 14th, 2016 in Fort St. John Law Courts.

29-year old Marc Andre Renaud is charged with two counts of trafficking a controlled substance. His next court date is scheduled for September 14th, 2016 in Fort St. John Law Courts.

20-year old Wayne Allan Weatherhead is charged with two counts of trafficking a controlled substance. His next court date is scheduled for October 5th, 2016 in Fort St. John Law Courts.

20-year old Colby Lynne Davis is charged with two counts of trafficking a controlled substance. His next court date is scheduled for October 5th, 2016 in Fort St. John Law Courts.

25-year old David James Oster of Fort St. John is charged with four counts of trafficking a controlled substance and one count of possession for the purpose of trafficking. His next court date is scheduled for September 14th, 2016 in Fort St. John Law Courts.

Lindsey Houghton, spokesperson for the CFSEU-BC. “It is a testament to the continued persistence of our officers to ensure that individuals who choose to be involved in the criminal lifestyle and jeopardize the safety of our communities are brought before the courts.”
